So, I mentioned on my YouTube channel that I needed to take measurements. I have finally done this and have them here for everyone to see/judge. Here's for some genuine reduction in those as well as pain relief long term.

I had my consult with the dietician on Tuesday and got a lot of useful information. One thing that surprised me the most was how none-restrictive the diet she's putting me on is compared to others I've seen in the bypass community. I won't be on clear fluids for a week and my pre-diet is still full of (some) fruits and (lots of) veggies.

This is a blog for me to follow my journey to weight loss surgery and beyond. The details I'm sharing are personal, and possibly TMI, but they're my details and I need to own up to them. I'll take some pre-surgery photos soon and post them so I can track my journey.

Heaviest Weight: 142kg / 22.4 stone / 313 lbs / BMI 49.71
Current Weight: 138kg / 21.7 stone / 304 lbs / BMI 48.3

My goals are staggered:
1. Get to double digits (kgs).
2. Get to healthy BMI (24.9) which would be ~ 70kgs / 154 lbs / 11 stone
3. Maintain 75-85kg for more than 6 months

These goals might be shifted and amended based on conversations with doctors and dieticians.
