So, I mentioned on my YouTube channel that I needed to take measurements. I have finally done this and have them here for everyone to see/judge. Here's for some genuine reduction in those as well as pain relief long term.
Neck 39cm (15.4 inches)
Bust 128cm (50.4 inches)
Waist 120cm (47.3 inches)
Hips 140cm (55.1 inches)
These were taken in the evening on 6th July 2019.
